But recently the Organization has implemented a latest technology that has made his life more easier and comfortable, as now at every evening he sends his daily sales figures through his mobile phone using SMS only, which takes around 2-3 minutes to accomplish the entire operation. On the other hand the Organization is also receiving its daily important nationwide data, directly being stored in its Central Database, where its data-entry, other report preparing and time consuming matters are all driven away completely. So the Organization is now saving its resources precious time and labor in doing such operations. Even the authorized persons are able to get the crucial information from their mobile phones through SMS at anytime and from anywhere, like knowing Sales figures or Product Stock status, where for such operations a huge communication cost is totally cut-down.
